This is a super easy and CRAZY affordable dinner that the whole family will love!
Ingredients:
1 pound (box) mini shells, cooked
8 Tablespoons unsalted butter, slices and cold
1/4 cup pasta water
2 cups peas, cooked
1/2 cup Parm
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Toss pasta, butter, pasta water, peas and Parm in a bowl until it it's combined. Taste. Season with sat and pepper. Taste again.
