Peach Crumble


HOLY SMOKES!!!! If you loved peaches and cream oatmeal as a kid, you are going to OBSESS over this super easy, warm peach crisp!!!


Peach Crisp

serves 6-8


Filling Ingredients:

5 whole peaches, ripe, pitted and sliced

1/4 cup flour

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon salt


Crumble Ingredients:

2 cups rolled oatmeal

1/2 cup flour

1/2 cup sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

6 tablespoons butter


Method:

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the filling together and pour into a greased baking pan. Gently flatten with back of the spoon.


In a medium sized bowl, add all crumble ingredients together. Using the back of a fork, press the butter into the dry ingredients until fully combined. Sprinkle crumble over the top of the peach mixture.


Bake 25-35 minutes or until the crumble is golden brown. Serve warm, preferable with a few scoops of vanilla ice cream!
