Microgreens add a PUNCH of flavor to this fabulous breakfast sammie!
1 egg, large
2 slices bacon, cooked
1 fresh croissant, sliced in half
1 Tablespoon Deijon mustard
1 radish, thinly sliced
2 Tablespoon sharp cheddar cheese, shredded - it melts easier
1/4 cup Market District Microgreen Blend
Preheat a skillet on medium high heat, 6 out of 10. Lay cut croissant open side down and gently toast. Remove from pan and set aside.
Crack egg into hot pan with a little neutral oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Let cook gently until the whites turn opaque. Using a rubber spatula, gently flip the egg over. Remove the pan from heat. The heat from the pan will continue to cook the egg.
Build the sammie:
Spread Dijon mustard on top and bottom slice of croissant.
lay bacon on the bottom slice. Add radish slices on top of the bacon. Layer cheese on the radishes. Top with egg and microgreens.
